Introduction:

Rubber diaphragms are widely used in various valves, pumps, etc., in order to prevent unwarranted contact between different medias (e.g. Gas and liquids) and also be flexible enough to create dynamics during flow control. 
 

Diaphragm form:

Flat sheet diaphragm, rubber diaphragm seal and bowl type rubber diaphragm or other types.

Applications:

Pneumatic control valve rubber diaphragm, pump equipment, automatic mechanical equipment.

Rubber Diaphragm Material:

Depends on different conditions, it can be made of NBR(NITRILE), HNBR, EPDM, FKM(VITON), Silicon, Neoprene(CR).

Composite application:

The inner layer will be coated with a layer of fiber cloth, or with stainless steel screws or other forms of reinforcing materials.
